Larry Smith:
CEO
AmState is the brain child of Larry Smith, an entrepreneur who
thinks outside the box. As a consultant
for the Direct Selling
Industry and Vice President of QBOS, Larry has helped many
companies create marketing and compensation plans to fit the
personality of the product and owners. Larry learned,
at an
early age, the value of recruiting.
While
in his mid 20's, Larry was in charge of expanding a direct
sales food company from 2 million in sales to 50 million in
just 3 short years. He credits his leadership skills, energy
and competitive nature to being an identical twin. "I
always had a teammate and practice partner. The desire to be as good as or better than each other allowed us to excel in
whatever we tried."
